Fees

There is no account maintenance fee for regular accounts held directly at Bridgeway. For individual retirement accounts, there is a $15 IRA custodial fee per fund, which is charged by the Custodian. However, the Adviser, Bridgeway Capital Management™, is paying the entire fee and will continue to do so in 2008. Although we have no plans to change this policy, with "dynamic" regulations and industry practice in this area, we will reconsider this practice at the end of the year.

If you prefer to purchase through a brokerage house or fund supermarket, most do carry our Funds on a transaction fee or no transaction fee basis. Please check with the individual broker to assess their transaction fees and any other account maintenance fees that may be applicable.
