Dear Bridgeway Funds’ shareholders,
The Settlement Administrator has completed the refund stage for the September 15, 2004 settlement. The Settlement Administrator and the Independent Distribution Consulting are in the process of closing down the Settlement Fund and are awaiting final instructions from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Effective March 31, 2008, no additional checks will be issued and any outstanding checks are no longer valid.
